A section of local council three chiefs are set to stage a huge party celebrating the recent transfers of the district chief administrative officer.

The celebration due at the end of this month is being champion by the Otwal LC3 boss Dila Benson who commended the ministry of local government for rescuing them from what they term as the most corrupt CAO.

The move follows the pronouncement by the ministry of local government of transferring Oyam district CAO Catherine Amal, who has gravely been in bitter row with section of the LC3 chiefs, to another station.

According to Dila Benson some top politicians in the district had gravely influenced CAO Catherine Amal to shoot their interest.

Dila says during Amal's regime as the sub county chief they could not perform effective service delivery to the locals who put them in the offices.

The Oyam south legislator Isa Otto Amiza recently told media that they had earlier on written to the ministry of local government complaining against the infamous CAO Catherine Amal.

MP Otto further stated that Amal's performance as the CAO had become unbearable saying it could lead the district astray.

He added that Amal had been conniving with some of the top district officials to swindle public money.

Otto says Oyam district authority has over ten cases to answers from both the Inspector General of Government and from Public Accounts Committee in Parliament.
