Two Serial Chloroform Dealers Netted

Two of Lira's notorious dealers of chloroform, a dangerous substance used to induce sleep in human beings have been netted by the Rapid Response Unit (RRU) of Lira central police station.  


Sgt. Alex Omwa, RRU chief attached to Lira central police station, told this reporter that carpenters David Mbayo, 45 and Simon Wahubwa, 36 were netted following a tip of when they tried selling the lethal stuff to some snoops.  


These are the first top dealers believed to be behind the rampant selling of chloroform.


They are supposed to be charged with about three deferent counts including being in possession of a dangerous substance.


Of recent there has been increasing cases of thefts believed to be a result of the increasing use of chloroform in Lira town.
