Thank you for the correction but shall we now begin to record our own history and keep them chiselled on stone and keep them safe somewhere so that no one will ever come and wipe out the true history of Uganda or Lango for that matter. I hope that all of the history of Lango is being collected as some of them are visible in the British Museum in the UK and I believe that we can now take the opportunity to chisel all of them in a readable form on stone. This should be the work of the youth who will now adapt this as a new way of Lango heritage to keep our history. This is very important for our future.
This could call for a Museum of Lango. God bless Lango.

This is heart rending.... after listening to this, I have reason to believe that our people, Lango, the handsome people of Uganda will be able to achieve even more now, Lango had not been doing anything yet, just trying to recover from the shock of all the attrocities done on them over the years, BUT now let Lango rise again ..... Lango is rising with the help of God lest any man says it was his efforts that helped Lango to rise.... it is God that has answered the cry of Lango people therefore let us all come together and work for our development. Hurray. I am indeed proud to be Lango. Lango was God ordained and no one will keep up with Lango. Lango can do even a lot more this time around. Our youth MUST read the book of Driberg who studied Lango in the 1800s and made comments about Lango in a nutshell as A HANDSOME PEOPLE (GALLA STOCK), that is how different Lango is from the rest of the people around them, HONEST, HARDWORKING, WITTY QUICK COMMENTS on any comments to be made ( in otherwords, natural orators), ORGANISED governmentally, the list goes on and on...This is to let our youth know that Lango are the finest people you can find so lets live up to our name LANGO. This is our challenge now whilst in the meantime, we will work wherever we are to build our Lango with all our might. Lets put God first as Hon Sam Engola reminded us in his speech in UK. We will rally behind our Won Nyaci to achieve this.

this is like a dream come true for our tribe to come to existence but caution is required in taking every thing forward without negating our trueness *(pride) that we are known for all these centuries of our existence.
